The Khoobsurat actor has upped his pay packet in Pakistan and how! Result – he is turning down TV shows as they can’t afford his fee any longer

SpotboyE has it that fresh from the Bollywood success, Fawad has hiked his fee in Pakistan. And a steep rise at that – the good-looking actor now charges a cool Rs 2 crore compared to Rs 5-6 lakh he used to take home earlier for a serial of 26-30 episodes.

Says a source from the Pakistani entertainment industry, “The TV industry is in a better shape than the film industry here, but even they can’t afford Fawad’s new fee. So he sticks to endorsements because they’re paying him the price he is commanding.”
